Software Support Policy
CIT provides basic support for various software on campus, primarily ensuring that these software packages run on computers in labs and belonging to students, faculty and staff. Limited support may be available for the functionality of this software.

- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Security Essentials
- Microsoft Word
- Web Browsers (Safari/Firefox)
- Microsoft Outlook
We recommend that users switch to the OCMail web client, Mail or Thunderbird to access their Oberlin College email accounts. We will not support email related problems for Outlook.
