Getting Assistance with Blackboard
Accessing Courses
If you have difficulty accessing or seeing courses in which you are enrolled, please first contact your course instructor. Not all instructors plan to use Blackboard (in which case, those courses will not be available to you, even if you are enrolled in those sections), or they have not made them available.
General Log-In and Navigation Issues
If you are having difficulty finding what you need in Blackboard or cannot log-in, please contact the CIT Help Desk via email at cit@oberlin.edu or give us a call at X58197.
