What is the TSC?
The Technology Services Center (TSC) is located in the Academic Commons on the Main Level of Mudd Library.
The TSC is an all-in-one service center for all members of the Oberlin College community seeking help with computing, especially after normal Help Desk hours. Here, anyone can bring his or her computer for diagnostic assistance, get help connecting to the wired and wireless networks, receive computer configuration assistance, and ask general computing questions. Also, a user can get help with printing, multimedia equipment located within the lab, accounts, and the work he or she is doing in the public labs.
When is it open? When can I get help?
The TSC is open is open Monday through Thursday from 2:00 pm - 12 Midnight, Friday 2:00 pm -5:00 pm and Sunday 4:00 pm -12 Midnight.
Please note that the TSC is closed during breaks, and during the summer. The schedule may be changed during exam periods to accomodate the schedules of CIT student staff as well as all other students.
