What is an RCC?

An RCC is a student who works for CIT and helps fix student computer issues in dorms and village housing. They help out with connecting students to the network (ResNet), removing viruses and spyware from student machines, and installing hardware and software on student computers.

How to contact your RCC

Go to http://helpdesk.oberlin.edu/resnet.html to enter a request for help or check on your previous requests.

You can determine who your RCC is by consulting this page.

Alternatively, you can send an email to cit@oberlin.edu. When doing this, it is vital that we know your name, dorm, room number, type of computer, and question or problem that you are having.
