Exporting a Calendar from MeetingMaker
If you already have a MeetingMaker calendar and would like to move that data to your new OCCal, use the following instructions to export your calendar from MeetingMaker:
1. Launch MeetingMaker Client and sign in as you normally do.

2. Pull down the File menu and select Export as iCalendar by Date. Change the date range as desired.
Consider that you will want to export your calender in the past and the future. Meetingmaker data exists back to July 1, 2005
and you will want to choose a date in the future that extends beyond your scheduled meetings. Also, note Google limits the number of
imported events to 5000 per day.
Additionally, Meetingmaker does not export meetings entered as Banners.
3. Quit MeetingMaker.
4. Macintosh users, Open iCal in your Applications folder. Go to the file menu and choose Import. And Choose Import an iCal file. (If you are a PC user, skip directly to the steps for importing a calendar into OCCal)
5. Choose the MMCalendar.ics file you saved previously.
 6. Choose New Calendar from the pop up menu in the dialog box show below.
7. Make sure that only the MMCalendar that you imported is checked in your list of calendars. Most people will have 3 calendars listed:
Home Business MMCalendar
9. From the file menu, choose Export.
10. Quit iCal.
Importing Calendars into OCCal
At the bottom of the "Other Calendars" list on the left, click the "Add" button and select "Import Calendar."
Choose the location of your saved .ics or .csv file, choose the calendar you'd like to import into (generally your primary calendar, marked with your Oberlin e-mail address) and click Import.
Problems with Import
My banner events did not import into OCCal properly.
Banner events do not import to MeetingMaker properly; users will have to reenter all all-day events by hand.
