Exporting a Calendar from MeetingMaker

If you already have a MeetingMaker calendar and would like to move that data to your new OCCal, use the following instructions to export your calendar from MeetingMaker:

1. Launch MeetingMaker Client and sign in as you normally do.

 2. Pull down the File menu and select Export as iCalendar by Date. Change the date range as desired.
Consider that you will want to export your calender in the past and the future. Meetingmaker data exists back to July 1, 2005
and you will want to choose a date in the future that extends beyond your scheduled meetings. Also, note Google limits the number of
imported events to 5000 per day.

Additionally, Meetingmaker does not export meetings entered as Banners.

Banner events do not import to MeetingMaker properly; users will have to reenter all all-day events by hand.
