If you are on a Windows machine you should automatically have access to any extra/departmental drives that you have permission to. They will be displayed if you click on "My Computer" on your desktop.
If you are on a Macintosh, departmental drives should show up in your list of available shares when connecting to the server. From the desktop (Finder) click on the Go menu and select Connect to Server. Type in "stafflocker.cc.oberlin.edu" and click connect. After entering your Novell username and password you should see all of the network shares that you have access to.
If, on either platform, you find that you do not have access to shares that you feel you should, please double-check with your supervisior to make sure that access has been approved. If that is the case, either they or you can contact the Help Desk at x58197 or email cit@oberlin.edu to request permission for the shared space.
