Help! I haven't gotten any new email messages!
For All Email Clients
- Verify that you are receiving messages by logging into Obiemail.
- If you see your messages in Obiemail but not in your mail client, verify that your account is set up properly according to these instructions.
For Mac Mail
- Verify that Mail is connecting to the server and that you are connected to the network successfully.
- Click the 'Get Mail' button in the main OS X Mail window.
- Enter the account's Email password if prompted for it.
For Thunderbird
- Click the button in the upper left hand corner labeled "Get Mail." If it is not labeled, the icon is an envelope pointing to a mailbox.
- Enter your password if you are prompted for it.
- If your password changed recently and you are having Thunderbird save your password for you, it may need to be reset. See here
